Colemere Caravan Park is set on the south side of the Lake. It is a countryside setting on five acres of grassed land, brushing the edge of a beautiful lake, and situated in the picturesque village of Colomere, which consists of a church and many 15th Century thatched Tudor cottages which are mentioned in the Doomsday Book. The site is tremendous scientific interest and contains a range of wildlife, including Otters. Colemere Caravan Park has a purpose-built full circular walk which takes you via a beautiful wooded rhododendron added walk.   

Wood Lane nature reserve is one of the best attractions of this site. Even the experts at the BBC describe it as one of the best bird-watching spots in Shropshire. You can have wild swimming at the reserve as well.
